Human behavior is a term which comes under a subject called psychology , especially  any sort of  behaviour  which human adopts in his lifetime. It   basically starts through early education what a child learns in his infancy period .

So,  educational  psychology plays an important role in awareness and creating definite knowledge about fundamentals of human behaviour and also develop general understanding and specific skills for improving the learning /teaching situation.  It can be defined as- the science which denotes and explains or describes all the changes that take place in every individual as they pass through various stages of development from birth to maturity along with the physical and social environment.

This science  of  development  of educational  psychology is a contribution of many learned scholars including Pestalozzi, Herbart and Froeble , John Adam ,Gates ,Thorndilike  etc .They were the person who introduced or develop new methods and capabilities of young learners and gave much importance to human factors in teaching and learning ,and moreover L.P.HOPKINS published his first book on education psychology (1986).

There can be many methods of educational psychology which includes experimental method ,normative survey ,developmental or genetic method and also clinical method along with fundamentals of learning process like concepts of needs and drives, classroom motivation, social relationship in class room, incentives, attitudes,  interests, personal involvement  and many more directing activity and organizing the total learning situation so as to facilitate learning.

As such we can say that for better learning process in individual, the education system should be well equipt with good and qualified teachers and educational  psychologist with given special attention to specialization that have growing up in every day education. Because educational psychologist /teachers can better understand what a child needs, his abilities to grasp things, can pay better attention to strength, weakness, styles, backgrounds ,interests and  talents of the individual learners this helps in individual guidance and group management approach to bring about changes in associative among the students.

So at last but not the least educational psychology is developing a methodology by which investigation are made , Information is discovered, hypothesis are tested, and theories are derived . This methodology is important /useful in arriving at the solution of educational problems as they are present themselves.
