History’s like that guest who stays,
Pops back in with the same old ways.
We say, “We’ve changed!” — it laughs out loud,
Then trips us up right in a crowd.
We fight, we post, we tweet, we yell,
Then act surprised when things go well…
Or crash again, just like before —
We wear new shoes, walk same old road,
Still carry pride — a heavy load.
And every time we skip the test,
History whispers, “Well… good luck, rest!”
It snoops around like it’s on loop,
Shows up dressed as the latest scoop.
So if it knocks, just play it smart —
Don’t give that drama queen your heart!
