In a world of wires and endless streams,
We share our thoughts, our hopes, our dreams.
With just a click, we’re far and near,
Connected close, yet so unclear.

We scroll and swipe, the hours fly,
As life online goes rushing by.
We seek the likes, the hearts, the shares,
In this vast web of digital stares.

But in the glow of screens so bright,
Do we forget the stars at night?
The touch of hands, the warmth of face,
Lost in a virtual embrace.

The internet, a wondrous tool,
But let it not make us the fool.
For while we chat and tweet and post,
It’s real connections we value most.

So take a pause, look up, look out,
Remember what life’s all about.
The web is grand, but don’t forget,
Life’s greatest joys aren’t on the net.
